Join a Family Looking for Their Long-Term Nanny

A warm, welcoming family in Parker is searching for an experienced, nurturing nanny to become a valued part of their family for years to come. They have three wonderful children—a 5-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 9-month-old—and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the infant and toddler years while helping create a calm, engaging, and loving environment.

Beginning in mid-August, their oldest child will be in kindergarten, so the majority of the day-to-day care will focus on their 9-month-old and 3-year-old. Their 3-year-old also attends preschool two full days each week, allowing for dedicated one-on-one time with the baby on those days.

About the Role

The family values creativity, curiosity, and learning through play. They are looking for a nanny who enjoys planning age-appropriate activities, reading books, spending time outdoors, encouraging developmental milestones, and fostering independence through patient, respectful guidance.

The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, and proactive—someone who naturally becomes a trusted extension of the family and enjoys building meaningful relationships with children as they grow.

No driving or pet care is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, loving care for the family's 9-month-old and 3-year-old

  • Supporting age-appropriate developmental milestones and learning through play

  • Planning engaging indoor and outdoor activities, crafts, sensory play, and reading time

  • Preparing simple snacks and meals for the children as needed

  • Maintaining children's routines, including naps, meals, and transitions

  • Children's laundry and light housekeeping related to the children

  • Keeping children's play areas, bedrooms, and supplies organized

  • Supporting a calm, positive environment built on consistency, empathy, and respect

The Ideal Nanny

  • Has experience caring for both infants and toddlers, preferably with multiple young children

  • Is nurturing, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development

  • Aligns with gentle, respectful parenting philosophies

  • Is dependable, communicative, and takes initiative

  • Is seeking a long-term position where they can grow alongside a wonderful family

  • Receives the annual flu vaccine (preferred)

About the Parents

Both parents have a hybrid work schedule and work from a dedicated home office. They deeply value open communication, mutual respect, and view their nanny as an important member of their family's team. They strive to create a positive, collaborative working relationship where everyone feels supported and appreciated.

If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a kind, down-to-earth family who truly values their nanny, this could be a wonderful fit.
