Family Assistant / Nanny Needed in Crestmoor Park – 16 Hours Per Week
Location: Crestmoor Park (1st & Holly), Denver, CO
Schedule: Approximately 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, four weekdays per week (flexible on exact days)
Compensation: $28+/hour DOE
Benefits: Accrued PTO (up to 8 days per year)
Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: The family envisions this position lasting at least the next 6 months but understands that household needs may evolve as the children grow and this position could last much longer.

The Schedule
The family is looking for support approximately 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, four weekdays per week, totaling 16 guaranteed hours per week.
They are flexible regarding which weekdays are worked and are happy to collaborate with the right candidate to create a schedule that works well for everyone.
The family will also favor somebody that is open to picking up additional hours doing overnights, weekends, date nights, etc!
Childcare Responsibilities
While childcare is an important aspect of the role, this position is not solely childcare-focused.
Responsibilities may include:
Engaging children in age-appropriate activities
Outdoor play, walks, and active engagement
Preparing snacks and simple meals
Supporting dinner and evening routines
Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and independent play
Following family preferences regarding screen time
Maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
Occasional care when children are mildly ill, if comfortable
The family is seeking someone who is:

Experienced with toddlers and preschool-aged children
CPR/First Aid certified
Safety-conscious and attentive
Comfortable following household routines and preferences
Family Assistant & Household Support Responsibilities
A significant portion of this role involves helping the household stay organized and running smoothly.
The family's ideal candidate is someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative to help without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities may include:
Folding, hanging, and putting away laundry
Keeping up with children's laundry
Assisting with light family laundry
Tidying playrooms and common areas
Organizing toys, closets, and household spaces
Resetting the home after busy days
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Wiping down kitchen counters and surfaces
Preparing simple meals and snacks
Checking for expired refrigerator items
Running occasional errands
Returning packages
Reorganizing storage spaces and household systems
Creating and maintaining organizational solutions
Helping the household stay organized and efficient
The family has a professional cleaning service that visits once a month, so this position is not focused on deep cleaning. Instead, the emphasis is on maintaining order, organization, and daily functionality within the home.
