We are assisting a warm, professional family in Berthoud in their search for an experienced, career-minded nanny to care for their infant daughter beginning this fall. This is an exceptional opportunity for a nurturing, developmentally focused nanny who genuinely loves the infant stage and is seeking a long-term position with a family who values professionalism, consistency, and partnership. The family hopes to find a nanny interested in growing alongside their family for years to come as they transition through infant milestones and potentially welcome additional children in the future.
About the Family
This is a busy, loving family of three with two parents who work full-time from dedicated home offices. They value open communication, mutual respect, consistency, and creating a calm, organized home environment.
The family embraces a structured-but-flexible parenting style, balancing predictable routines with warmth, grace, and adaptability. They enjoy an active Colorado lifestyle centered around hiking, trail running, backpacking, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors. They are also a Christian family and place great importance on raising their daughter with Christian values, kindness, gratitude, and strong character. The home includes two large, friendly indoor dogs. While the nanny will not be responsible for any pet care, applicants should be comfortable having large dogs present in the home.
About the Child
The family's daughter will be approximately five months old when the position begins.
She is a happy, social, easygoing infant who thrives with attentive, face-to-face interaction and active engagement. The family follows a Montessori-inspired approach to early childhood development and values responsive caregiving, independent movement, and age-appropriate developmental activities.
She is exclusively breastfed and receives bottles of pumped breast milk throughout the day.
