Schedule: One consistent weekend day each weekend (Saturday or Sunday), plus one overnight per month (typically Friday–Saturday), with additional opportunities for evening babysitting and occasional travel
Compensation: $33+/hour DOE, plus applicable overnight compensation

The family has secured weekday childcare and is now looking for a dependable caregiver who can provide regular weekend support while building a meaningful long-term relationship with their children.
The ideal schedule would include one consistent weekend day every weekend (either Saturday or Sunday), one overnight per month (typically Friday evening through Saturday morning), and occasional weekday evening coverage. From time to time, the family may also invite the nanny to provide care for an entire weekend or accompany them on a short family trip, if interested and available.

Supporting bedtime routines during overnight shifts
Transportation to activities or outings as needed
Household Support
Children's laundry as needed
Tidying children's play areas, bedrooms, and common spaces used during care
Cleaning up after meals and activities
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Maintaining organization throughout shifts
Leaving the home in good order at the end of each shift
