Tuesday / Thursday Nanny Needed - Arvada
A warm and active family in Arvada is seeking a part-time nanny for their infant beginning May 1st, with the position running through January 31, 2027. This is a 9-month commitment offering 16 hours per week, scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Compensation is $25–$30/hour, depending on experience.

About the Children:
Primary care is for a 2-month-old infant
Infant is easygoing, playful, and enjoys interaction
Loves facial expressions, songs, play mat time, and walks
Has an older sibling (age 2) who attends daycare full-time
Ideal Nanny:
Has strong infant experience
Energetic, engaging, and interactive
Loving, calm, and able to provide comfort as needed
Approachable, communicative, and receptive to family preferences
Open to occasional date nights
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for the infant
Engage in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
Take the child on walks and outings
Maintain cleanliness of child-related areas
Assist with light household tasks and contribute to overall household flow
Family & Household Notes:
One parent works outside the home full-time; the other has a hybrid schedule
Mom is still breastfeeding so will pop in to do that, as work allows
Family values a team-oriented approach and appreciates help where needed
Active, playful lifestyle (parks, swimming, dining out, travel)
Discipline approach focuses on redirection rather than using “no”
