Both parents work demanding full-time jobs—dad works from home and travels occasionally, while mom works in the office four days per week. They are seeking a dedicated nanny who can provide consistent care, guide them through early milestones, and become a trusted part of their family’s support system.

Position Details

• Start Date: September–October 2026 (some flexibility for the right candidate)

• Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week, with some weeks closer to 50 hours depending on travel and work schedules

• Compensation: $28–$35/hour DOE

• Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, sick time, mileage reimbursement, guaranteed hours

• Duration: 1 year+
