Part-Time Nanny Needed in Parker, CO – Long-Term Role with a Loving, Creative Family
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM (20 hours a week)

A kind, welcoming family in Parker is seeking a nurturing and experienced part-time nanny to join them long-term and support their growing household. With three children—ages 4, 2, and a newborn arriving in October—they’re looking for someone who is warm, hands-on, and passionate about early childhood development.
About the Role:
Care will primarily be for the two younger children, as the 4-year-old attends school three full days per week.
Infant care will begin around 2.5 months postpartum (anticipated start: around 12/2025).
The family values creativity, play-based learning, and outdoor exploration. Their children enjoy crafts, books, movement, and hands-on activities.
No driving or pet care required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Light housekeeping and laundry related to the children
Supporting routines and transitions with empathy and consistency
Preference for candidates who receive the annual flu vaccine
Ideal Nanny:
Experienced with multiple young children, including infants
Familiar with or aligned to gentle/respectful parenting philosophies
Thoughtful, communicative, and reliable
