Full-Time Nanny Needed – Arvada, CO (ASAP Start)
A warm, busy professional family in Arvada is seeking a reliable, proactive, and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old daughter and, beginning later in the year, support the transition to caring for a newborn as well. This is a long-term role for someone who values structure, communication, and fostering healthy childhood development.

Position Overview
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm
Hours: Full-time
Duration: Ideally a 3-year commitment
Location: Arvada, CO
Compensation: $28+/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
This role is childcare-focused only and includes:
Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care
Supporting milestone development through play and activities
Planning and facilitating outings (library visits, sensory play, age-appropriate “mini-adventures”)
Emphasis on reading, creativity, and engagement
Preparing and serving meals/snacks for the children
Child-related cleanup (toys, play areas, dishes used during shift)
Children’s laundry
Daily written or digital tracking/updates of the day’s activities, meals, naps, and milestones
