Full-Time Nanny Needed in Littleton | Dual Physician Household | 35+ Guaranteed Hours | $33+/hr
A warm, welcoming family in Littleton is seeking a long-term, full-time nanny to care for their three children beginning around October 2026 (start date flexible by a few weeks for the right fit). This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, career nanny looking to become a valued and long-term part of a family’s life.
The family has worked with long-term nannies for many years and deeply values the relationship they build with their caregivers. Their current nanny has been with them for nearly 3 years and is transitioning out after welcoming her own baby. Mom herself grew up with a nanny who stayed with her family for over a decade, and they hope to find someone who is excited about building a similarly meaningful, lasting relationship with their children.
Both parents are physicians and are looking for someone dependable, proactive, communicative, and genuinely engaged with children.
Children
6 years old — Finishing kindergarten currently. Kind, mild-tempered, and loves building with anything and everything.
4 years old — Creative, spirited, loving, and enjoys art, unicorns, horses, cats, and following along with her big brother.
18 months old — Busy, active toddler who loves climbing, running, and keeping up with his older siblings.
No special needs. The family practices a gentle parenting style focused on communication, patience, and emotional regulation.
Schedule
Guaranteed 35+ hours per week
Typically 3–5 weekdays per week
Average hours are approximately 7:00am–5:00/5:30pm
Schedule is provided well in advance (typically 1–2 months ahead)
Some flexibility is appreciated, as physician schedules can occasionally run late if they are stuck in the OR
Family is open to guaranteeing 40 hours/week for the right fit
Compensation & Benefits
$33+/hour DOE
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40/week
3 weeks paid PTO
Mileage reimbursement provided
Holiday bonus
Responsibilities
Primary focus is engaging, attentive childcare. The family would love a nanny who enjoys creating fun, enriching days and planning age-appropriate outings and activities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Children’s laundry
Tidying up after the children throughout the day
Occasional help unloading the dishwasher in the mornings if parents are running behind
Transporting children to activities/school as needed
