Full-Time Nanny | Evergreen, CO
Start Date: November 2026 (flexible for earlier ramp-up for the right fit)
A professional, active family in Evergreen is seeking a full-time nanny to join their household beginning in November 2026, with flexibility for an earlier start date and gradual ramp-up for the right candidate. This is a long-term opportunity (2+ years) with a family that values consistency, communication, and a collaborative partnership.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (early Fridays!)
Occasional date nights and 1–2 trips per year (optional but preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
$30+/hour, depending on experience
2 weeks paid time off

Primary care will be for an infant (due July 2026)
Older sibling (will be ~2 years old) attends school full-time beginning Fall 2026, with occasional care and school pick-up/drop-off support

Both parents work in demanding professional roles and are typically out of the home during the day, with occasional work-from-home Fridays
The family lives on acreage in Evergreen and prioritizes an active, outdoor lifestyle—biking, skiing, hiking, and time outside are core to their routine
Their home environment is structured during the week, with a strong emphasis on consistency, healthy habits, and routines, while weekends are active and family-focused
Pet
One dog in the home (hunting breed, age 3)
Friendly and well-trained, but energetic—especially upon meeting new people
Nanny will be asked to let the dog out periodically throughout the day
Responsibilities
Full childcare for infant, with occasional support for older child
Maintaining daily routines, including feeding, naps, and developmental activities
Taking children on age-appropriate outings (fully supported and encouraged)
Daily communication and tracking of children’s routines, activities, and milestones
Children’s laundry and maintaining organization of child-related spaces
Light household support including:
Grocery shopping
Meal prep (family-friendly, healthy meals)

Dog walking
Miscellaneous errands
