About the Family:
This loving, fun-filled Littleton family is seeking an intelligent, active, and engaging full-time nanny to care for their two amazing kids — a bright, energetic 2.5-year-old boy and a spunky, adventurous 14-month-old girl. Both children are curious, social, and always on the go. Big brother thrives on conversation, play, art, and STEM activities (he’s currently enrolled in swim, gymnastics, music, karate, soccer, and starting early reading/math). Little sister is bold, active, and cuddly — a total delight!
Mom splits time between home and the office, and Dad works remotely, so the ideal nanny will be comfortable with work-from-home parents. The family also has a very sweet dog (no pet care needed) and backyard chickens.
Who They're Looking For:
The family is seeking a long-term nanny (1+ year commitment, ideally much longer - they plan on having one more kid).
Someone who is:
Warm, nurturing, and high-energy
Intellectually curious and creative, with a love for engaging in conversation, exploration, and imaginative play
Organized yet flexible, able to follow a general schedule but also adapt to daily needs and moods
A true partner in care, who will build a lasting relationship with the family and become a valued part of their lives
Bonus: Would love a nanny who is available for occasional overnights, date nights, or travel — but not a total breaker.
Note from the Parents:
"Hello Nannies! We are excited to welcome you into our family. Our kiddos are chatty, silly, and always up for a new adventure. We’re looking for someone who will be part of the family — someone who’s as comfortable doing sensory art and science experiments as they are planning a walk or park outing. We have a predictable daily rhythm, but we’re also go-with-the-flow. We love our nannies like family — our first nanny (now moved away) is still in touch weekly! We want to find someone who is excited to grow with us as our family expands.”
