Full-Time Infant-Focused Nanny Needed – Parker, CO

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am–3pm | Friday 9am–1pm (30 hours/week)
Compensation: $28–$35+/hour DOE + benefits
The family is seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable Nanny to care for a sweet 4-month-old baby in Parker, CO starting in early August. This is a long-term position with a minimum one-year commitment (ideally up to three years). The perfect fit is someone who is nurturing, organized, and excited to partner with a loving and structured family.
About the Family
This household includes a husband and wife, their infant son, and two sweet dogs (who will be kept separate from nanny/baby during care hours). Mom works from home and would love to pop in for quick visits with the baby throughout the day. The family values health, cleanliness, consistency, and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving care for one infant
Support physical and cognitive development (tummy time, play, age-appropriate interaction)
Adhere to baby’s daily routine and track feedings, naps, and milestones
Maintain cleanliness of baby-related items (bottles, laundry, feeding areas)
Assist with baby food prep once solids are introduced
Occasional US-based travel with family
Be available for occasional date nights with advance notice
Ideal Candidate
Infant care experience required
Loving, attentive, and respectful of family routines
Highly organized and clean
Fluent in Spanish or bilingual preferred (not required)
Comfortable with a parent working from home
Vaccinated and health-conscious
Open to a collaborative, respectful working relationship with the family
Comfortable with indoor cameras (disclosed during onboarding)
