Full-Time House Manager/Nanny | $35–$40/hour + OT | Start ASAP
Location: South Boulder, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm
(plus flexibility for overnights, evenings, weekends, and school breaks)
About The Family
They are a dynamic, outdoorsy family of five based in South Boulder. Dad is a CEO who works from home but travels often, and Mom is a professor at CU. Their kids are 10 (boy), 7 (girl), and 2 (boy). They are looking for a reliable, warm, and experienced full-time Nanny/House Manager to help keep their household running smoothly and support their kids—especially their two older ones—after school and during activities. The youngest one has a part time nanny for some hours daily.
The Kids
10-year-old son: Friendly, smart, social, loves math & skiing. Can test limits sometimes.
7-year-old daughter: Creative, loving, enjoys dress-up & climbing. A bit shy at first, but very sweet once comfortable.
2-year-old son: Silly, affectionate, obsessed with anything with wheels. In full-time daycare.
You’ll primarily care for the older two after school, but they’d love someone comfortable stepping in with the toddler occasionally.
Their Home
They live in a beautiful neighborhood close to parks, trails, and schools. They have a one-bedroom, one-bath ADU with a kitchenette and separate entrance for a potential live-in setup—but they prefer live-out. No pets.
Responsibilities
Pick-up/drop-off for school and after-school activities
Light housekeeping, tidying, and organization
Grocery shopping, running errands, and meal/snack prep
Children’s laundry and general household management
Occasional overnights, evening care, or weekend help
Travel domestically/internationally with family when needed
Help with homework, bath/bedtime, creative play and outdoor time
Create a safe, engaging, and educational environment
Qualifications
3+ years experience in nanny/household management
CPR & First Aid Certified
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Clean driving record and background check
Passport and willingness to travel
Fully vaccinated
Spanish speaker a plus (older kids are in a bilingual program)
Organized, proactive, and able to multi-task without micromanagement
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $35–$40/hr DOE
Overtime Pay for additional hours
