Full-Time Nanny for Infant in Hilltop

Hours:
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm, they would love a nanny that has flexibility to do one day a week as 12pm - 8pm (can be midweek, like a Wednesday).

A laid-back couple in their 40s is looking for a full-time nanny to care for their infant daughter, born in February 2025. They are parents who enjoy a flexible lifestyle with a love for travel, dining out, and spontaneous adventures. They want to integrate their daughter into their active lives while maintaining a structured and educational environment for her.

Someone who is comfortable with a laid-back, easygoing atmosphere but can also provide structure and discipline.
Experience with infants and a passion for early childhood education.
Creative and engaging with activities that encourage learning through play.
Comfortable with pets—there is one dog in the household.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries while simultaneously fostering a deeper family connection.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-time care for the infant, ensuring her safety, health, and development.
Follow and maintain an established routine that includes feeding, napping, playtime, and developmental activities.
Engage in educational activities and play that encourages cognitive and physical growth.
Provide light housework related to the child (e.g., cleaning bottles, tidying up play areas, laundry for the child).
Take the child on outings, ensuring the child is happy and safe during trips or visits to various locations.

Compensation & Benefits:
$25 - $30/hour based on experience.
2 weeks paid time off (PTO) annually.
Paid bank holidays.

Requirements:
Prior experience caring for infants.
CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the family.
Must be comfortable with pet(s) in the home.
Additional Information:
Would love someone comfortable with potentially traveling with the family and open to overnight trips. Also available for occasional date nights.
