Full-Time Nanny & Household Manager | Cherry Hills Village, Denver

Compensation: $34+/hour | 45 guaranteed hours/week | Benefits Included
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, but would love somebody that could potentially flex to Tuesday - Saturday when needed, as well as flex hours from 10am - 7pm

A warm, active family in Cherry Hills Village is seeking an experienced, high-energy Full-Time Nanny & Household Manager to support their three young daughters (1, 2.5, and 5 years old) and help keep their home running smoothly. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to become a true partner to the parents and build a meaningful relationship with the children over the coming years.

The family recently transitioned away from having an au pair and is now looking for a full-charge caregiver who can confidently, independently manage all three children while also taking initiative on household needs.

• A dad in the restaurant industry with a demanding and unpredictable schedule, but who is very present and hands-on when home.

• Two dogs (one senior Jack Russell mix and one young lab/hound rescue currently in training).

• A warm, family-oriented, down-to-earth household looking for someone loving, proactive, reliable, and eager to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare (Primary Focus)

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and reliable care for three children, including full sole charge when both parents travel.

• Maintain routines for naps, meals, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and structured play.

• Plan enriching age-appropriate activities:
  library trips, classes, crafts, sensory play, outdoor adventures, playdates, reading time, etc.

• Create a calm, safe, predictable environment for the kids.

• Confidently manage three young children at once — patience, creativity, and high energy are essential.

Household Management

• Keep the household running smoothly with strong organization and initiative.

• Kid and family-related meal prep/cooking.

• Children’s laundry, bedding, and maintaining organized play and living spaces.

• Household organization, tidying, and daily upkeep.

• Grocery shopping, putting away groceries, errands (packages, returns, etc.).

• Family calendar coordination and occasional logistical support.

• Basic pet care (letting dogs out, feeding as needed).

Travel

• Must be willing and excited to travel frequently with the family, including:

• Mountain weekends

• Ski trips

• Michigan for ~6 weeks each summer

• Occasional warm-weather vacations

• Ability to confidently manage the children independently in travel environments.

Flexibility

• Openness to schedule adjustments when needed (with notice).

• Occasional overnight care when parents travel.

Compensation & Benefits

• $32+/hour

• 45 guaranteed hours/week

• 10 PTO days + 5 paid sick days
