Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed – Sterling Ranch - ASAP Start
Schedule: 35–40 hours/week

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $25–$28/hour DOE

Commitment: 6 months with potential to extend
Pets: 3 friendly dogs & 1 cat (kept gated when needed)
About the Family & Position
A warm, organized, and welcoming family in Sterling Ranch is seeking a professional, experienced full-time nanny for their 5-month-old daughter. This little one is a joyful baby who is currently working on several exciting developmental milestones—independent sleep skills, beginning solids, sitting with support, rolling, and interactive play. The family is looking for a nanny who can partner with them in supporting her growth and encouraging developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day.
The home is located in a wonderful family-friendly neighborhood with walking paths, parks, and community amenities perfect for strolls, outdoor play, and age-appropriate outings. The family offers a comfortable work environment with dedicated space for childcare and a collaborative relationship built on open communication and mutual respect.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally supportive care for a 5-month-old infant
Maintain consistent daily routines, including naps, bottle prep, feeding, and introduction to solids
Facilitate age-appropriate activities to support milestone development (tummy time, sensory play, reading, walks, outdoor exploration)
Take baby on outings within the neighborhood and other approved locations
Maintain open daily communication regarding feedings, diapers, naps, milestones, and general updates
Perform light baby-related housekeeping, including:
Washing bottles
Tidying play areas
Baby laundry as needed
General upkeep of baby’s spaces
Collaborate professionally with a work-from-home mother and father who works both remotely and in-office
Be comfortable with pets in the home (dogs and cat are separated as needed)
Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking a nanny who is:
Highly experienced with infants and confident supporting early developmental stages
Warm, energetic, and engaging during playtime
Comfortable getting up and down from the floor and being active throughout the day
Organized, self-directed, and efficient with time management
Comfortable in a home with animals and with parents occasionally present
Professional, friendly, and committed to open communication
CPR & First Aid certified
Dependable, punctual, and consistent

There are cameras indoors - family will disclose the locations of household cameras
The family is highly organized and values routine, but will give the nanny the autonomy needed to care for their child effectively
