Part-Time Infant Nanny – East Centennial (T/W/TH)
Tuesday–Thursday | 22.5 Hours/Week | $30/Hour DOE | Early October Start
A warm, active family in East Centennial near Cherry Creek State Park is seeking a nurturing and experienced Part-Time Infant Nanny for their sweet baby boy, who will be approximately 4 months old at the start of the position.
Both parents will be returning to work in early October and are hoping to find a nanny who genuinely loves the infant stage and is excited to play an active role in their son's development. Their little guy is currently a happy, calm, smiley baby who thrives with routine!
The family is looking for someone energetic, fun, caring, patient, professional, punctual, and experienced with infants. They value open communication and hope to develop a positive, comfortable relationship with their nanny while also providing them with the autonomy to establish their own rhythm with their son.
Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
8:30 AM–4:00 PM
22.5 guaranteed hours per week
Desired start: A few days prior to October 1, 2026
Family is open to coordinating a few trial days prior to the official start date
The family is initially seeking approximately a 6-month commitment, through mid-June 2027, with the possibility of extending beyond that timeframe if it is a wonderful fit. Their son is currently enrolled to begin daycare around 12 months old, but the family has flexibility to delay his start and would be open to continuing with their nanny longer.

About the Role
The nanny's primary responsibility will be providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the family's infant son.
The family already follows a general feeding and sleep routine but is not overly rigid. They would love someone who can maintain consistency while also following baby's cues and adjusting as his needs evolve.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing loving, attentive, and safety-conscious infant care
Bottle feeding and supporting the family's established feeding routine
Following and supporting age-appropriate nap schedules
Engaging baby in developmentally appropriate activities
Tummy time, floor play, reading, music, sensory activities, and other interactive play
Supporting developmental milestones as baby grows
Taking baby on walks and enjoying the family's neighborhood parks
Eventually participating in occasional age-appropriate outings outside of the neighborhood
Keeping a daily log of bottles, naps, milestones, and other child-related updates
Administering baby's reflux medication according to the parents' instructions while needed
Baby-related laundry as needed
Washing bottles and loading/running the bottle washer
Tidying play and feeding areas
Keeping child-related spaces organized
The family would also love to find someone who may be open to occasional date-night babysitting, although this would be separate from the nanny's regular schedule.
Infant Experience
Strong infant experience is important to this family. Their son currently experiences reflux and receives medication twice daily. Feedings are taken at a slightly slower pace to help keep him comfortable. The family will provide their nanny with all necessary information and instructions, and they are hopeful this is something he will outgrow over the coming months.
Otherwise, he has no known allergies, special needs, or medical conditions.
Working With the Parents
Both parents work full-time. Dad primarily works from home, while Mom currently works a hybrid schedule and may transition to spending more time working from home in the future.
Both parents have dedicated office spaces away from the main living areas and want their nanny to feel comfortable taking ownership of the day.
They envision establishing clear boundaries and expectations together. For example, mornings may be dedicated uninterrupted nanny/baby time, with parents visiting during lunch and having a little more flexibility to pop in during the afternoon.
Although they love getting to see their son during the workday, both parents have busy jobs and want to be respectful of their nanny's role, routine, and ability to develop a strong relationship with him.
The family may install cameras in common areas of the home in the future. All cameras and their locations will be fully disclosed to the nanny.
