Position Overview

A warm, laid-back family in Denver's Cory-Merrill neighborhood is seeking a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and loving full-time nanny with extensive newborn and infant care experience to join their household beginning in December 2026.

This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned infant nanny who genuinely loves the newborn stage and is confident providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care during a baby's earliest months of life.

The family consists of two busy physicians who are excited to welcome their first child! As first-time parents, they are looking for someone who brings a strong foundation in newborn care, understands the intricacies of infant development, and can confidently take the lead in providing exceptional care while both parents are working outside the home.

While the family describes themselves as easygoing and laid-back, they value consistency, structure, and maintaining a predictable routine for their little one. They are hoping to find a nanny who can strike the perfect balance between providing a loving, nurturing environment and establishing healthy, age-appropriate routines as their baby grows.

Extensive hands-on newborn experience is a top priority for this family. They are not simply looking for someone who enjoys babies, but rather a professional who has substantial experience caring for newborns and young infants and can confidently navigate feeding, sleep, developmental milestones, and the day-to-day needs of a growing baby.

Above all, the family values trust, reliability, open communication, and finding someone who will become a dependable and valued part of their child's early years.
