A warm, laid-back family in Centennial is seeking a caring, calm, dependable, and attentive nanny to provide loving care for their 15-week-old baby.
The family had previous childcare arrangements in place that unexpectedly fell through, so they are hoping to find the right nanny as soon as possible. They are looking for someone who genuinely loves the infant stage and is excited to become a trusted, consistent part of their family.
Both parents work from home, but they are specifically looking for a nanny who is confident, capable, and empowered to take ownership of the baby's day without requiring parent involvement. The home offers a separate downstairs space for the nanny and baby, allowing the nanny to establish their own rhythm and spend the day focused on providing attentive, engaging care.

Child-Related Responsibilities
When the baby's immediate needs have been met, responsibilities will include reasonable child-related household tasks, such as:
Washing and cleaning bottles, milk containers, bibs, cups, and feeding supplies
Age-appropriate food preparation and cleanup as solids are introduced
Tidying the nursery and play areas
Resetting spaces used throughout the nanny's day
Cleaning and sanitizing toys as needed
Keeping the kitchen/highchair tidy following the child's meals
Monitoring diapers, wipes, food, and other childcare supplies and letting the parents know when something is running low
This is not a general housekeeping position. Childcare comes first, and household responsibilities are limited to tasks directly related to the child.

32 guaranteed hours per week
Rate: $30/hour
The family may occasionally request additional hours, such as an earlier start, later evening, or weekend babysitting. Any additional hours would be mutually agreed upon and are not required as part of the regular schedule.

Additional Requirements
Candidates should:
Have professional infant/childcare experience
Maintain current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certification
Have a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance if transporting the child
Be comfortable following a screen-free approach during childcare hours
Be willing to maintain the family's privacy and confidentiality
Prioritize excellent communication, reliability, safety, and professionalism
