Housekeeper / Personal Assistant Needed in Cherry Creek North

Location: Cherry Creek, Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (45 hours/week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($30/hour)
Benefits: Paid holidays, 10 days PTO, additional compensation for overnights/weekends

About the Role

A private household in Cherry Creek is seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Full-Time Housekeeper / Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean, organized, and smoothly run home while also providing light personal assistant support.

The family is looking for a long-term professional who can anticipate needs, manage the household independently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Occasional overnight or weekend support may be required, with additional compensation provided.

No kids or pets in the home.

Primary Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Home Maintenance

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of the entire home, including kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, hallway, and office spaces

  • Maintain pristine organization of closets, drawers, cabinets, pantries, and storage areas

  • Deep clean surfaces, appliances, baseboards, fixtures, and high-touch areas on a routine schedule

  • Vacuum, mop, and care for all flooring; spot clean as needed

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the home

Laundry Management

  • Daily laundry including washing, drying, folding, hanging, and proper garment care

  • Follow specific laundry instructions for delicate items and specialty clothing

  • Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

  • Weekly and monthly care of linens, towels, and bedding

Kitchen Support

  • Daily kitchen reset and upkeep (dishes, counters, appliances, sink, trash)

  • Clean and maintain refrigerator, microwave, oven, and pantry areas

  • Restock household beverages and essential items

  • Track expired items and communicate replenishment needs

Personal Assistant & Household Support

  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, package drop-offs, and order pickups

  • Manage household supplies and communicate when items are running low

  • Assist with packing/unpacking for travel

  • Support household organization projects as needed

  • Assist with occasional special projects (organizing, light setup, assembling items)

Routine Oversight

  • Ensure the home is secured before leaving each day

  • Anticipate household needs and address them proactively

  • Maintain notes or communication regarding supply needs or household updates

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (45 hours/week)

  • Occasional evenings, weekends, or overnights may be requested with advance notice and additional compensation

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a private housekeeper, household manager, or personal assistant preferred

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently

  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional

  • Physically able to perform cleaning and household tasks

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Reliability is key - must be able to show up everyday, ready to work
