Full-Time Nanny (Nanny Share) – LoHi / Jefferson Park | Starting May 2026

Two loving families in the LoHi and Jefferson Park areas are seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two baby girls (ages 11 months and 1 year old) in a nanny share beginning May 2026. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for a nurturing, dependable caregiver who is excited to grow with two families over the next 1–3 years.

Schedule & Compensation

  • 35–42 hours per week (guaranteed 35 hours, overtime for anything over 40 hours)

  • Primarily Monday–Friday, daytime hours

  • Occasional evening or weekend care (flexible scheduling)

  • Families are often able to offer extended weekends (3–4 days) off

  • $30/hour+

  • 2 weeks paid time off

  • Overtime paid for 40+ hours

  • Family vehicle provided for on-the-job driving

About the Role

  • Care for two infants in a shared care arrangement

  • Care will take place between both homes (LoHi & Jefferson Park)

  • Engage in age-appropriate activities, developmental play, and outings

  • Follow a gentle parenting approach

  • Light housekeeping related to the children (bottles, tidying play areas, etc.)

  • Comfortable with one friendly dog in each household

Note: While the primary responsibility is caring for the two infants, there may be occasional instances of caring for one infant and one toddler (never more than two children at a time).

Family Dynamic

This nanny share is between two sisters and their families, creating a close-knit, collaborative environment. One household has a parent working from home part-time, while the other has one parent working from home full-time and the other in-office. Both families value open communication, mutual respect, and creating a positive, supportive environment for their children and caregiver.

Ideal Candidate

* Warm, caring, and genuinely loves working with infants

* Reliable, energetic, and proactive

* Strong communicator who values partnership with parents

* Open to occasional date nights or schedule flexibility

* Comfortable becoming an integrated, long-term part of both families

* Prior infant experience required; background in early childhood education or daycare experience is a plus

If you’re a nurturing, engaging nanny looking for a meaningful long-term position with two wonderful families, they’d love to connect!
