Children
Two children: ages 6 and 3

The 3-year-old is affectionate, loves music, and thrives on connection and attention
Both children are active, inquisitive, and enjoy puzzles, outdoor play, sports, and creative activities
The family values a screen-free, engaged environment and emphasizes both emotional and physical safety
Role & Responsibilities
This is a well-rounded position combining childcare and household management:
School drop-offs and pick-ups (significant daily driving; approximately 3 hours/day). A dedicated nanny vehicle is provided.
Engaging children in age-appropriate, enriching activities after school
Light household management, including tidying, organizing, errands, and maintaining a smooth daily flow
Supporting routines and anticipating household needs
Providing consistent updates or daily tracking of the children’s activities and well-being
Occasional travel (2–3 times per year), as well as date nights and overnights
Family Environment
The family is close-knit and highly values quality time with their children. They practice a gentle, nurturing parenting approach focused on emotional connection, redirection, and communication rather than discipline.
They maintain a professional, respectful working relationship with their nanny—offering consistency, reliability, and advance notice whenever possible. In return, they value a nanny who is dependable, communicative, and able to offer reasonable flexibility when needed.
One parent works in a hybrid capacity from home part of the week but maintains a focused, independent workday. The other parent works outside the home. The nanny should be comfortable working independently and confidently managing the day.
