About the Family
A warm, welcoming family in Centennial is searching for a professional, dependable, and loving nanny to become an important part of their family while caring for their sweet one-year-old daughter.
Their daughter is affectionate, curious, playful, and loves music, books, dancing, outdoor adventures, and exploring the world around her. She thrives on connection and enjoys physical closeness, making it important to find someone who genuinely enjoys building meaningful relationships with children.
Both parents work from dedicated home offices located on a separate floor of the home, allowing the nanny to independently lead the day while still having support nearby if needed. The upstairs living space is dedicated to the nanny and child during the workday and includes a dedicated child-focused living and play space, and access to a spacious backyard complete with a splash pad, water table, tree swing, and plenty of outdoor toys.
This family values consistency, kindness, open communication, and teamwork. They hope to find someone who will become a trusted long-term partner in raising their daughter and truly feel like an extension of their family for years to come.
The Ideal Nanny
This family is looking for an experienced career nanny who is:
Warm, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with children
Dependable, punctual, and understands how important reliable childcare is to working parents
Professional, respectful, and an excellent communicator
Receptive to feedback while also confident sharing ideas and collaborating as a team
Safety-focused and attentive
Organized and proactive with child-related responsibilities
Creative in planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and developmental learning experiences
Comfortable independently leading the day while both parents work from home

Interested in creating a long-term relationship with the family
