Full-Time Nanny – Highlands Ranch, CO
Start Date: October 21st, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional date nights)
Compensation: $28/hour+, PTO, paid holidays, sick time, guaranteed hours
A wonderful first-time family in Highlands Ranch is looking for a kind, attentive, and fun nanny to care for their sweet 3-month-old baby! They’re hoping to find someone who not only brings strong infant experience and loving energy to the role, but who also wants to build a close, long-term relationship with their family.
About the Family:
This laid-back family enjoys spending time together, golfing, watching sports, attending concerts, and visiting nearby relatives. Mom works outside the home in a medical office, while Dad currently works from a home office. They also have two friendly French Bulldogs who will be part of your day-to-day environment.
Ideal Nanny:
The family describes their ideal nanny as fun, caring, and attentive — someone who genuinely enjoys nurturing babies and engaging in their development. They’re looking for a nanny who will partner with them as they navigate parenthood for the first time, offering support, consistency, and guidance when needed.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining a daily log of the baby’s activities — feedings, diaper changes, naps, and milestones — to help keep communication open and organized. The family values a trusting, close relationship and hopes their nanny will feel like an extension of their family. For the right fit, they would love for this position to be a long-term, 3-year commitment.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing attentive, loving care for an infant
Creating and maintaining a nurturing, stimulating environment
Managing daily tracking (feedings, diapering, sleep, milestones)
Light tidying related to the baby
Occasional date-night care
(If applicable) Driving the baby to outings or appointments
Requirements:
Strong infant experience and understanding of early development
CPR/First Aid certified
Up-to-date on all basic vaccinations (flu and COVID optional)
Comfortable with dogs in the home
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Additional Details:
The family may provide a nanny vehicle for work-related driving, or will offer mileage reimbursement if the nanny uses their own vehicle.
