Full-Time Nanny Needed for Infant – Arvada, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $30–$32/hour (DOE)
Duration: Long-term, 1 year+

A warm, thoughtful family in Arvada, Colorado is seeking a full-time nanny for their baby girl, due at the end of February / early March. The family is growing through surrogacy and is looking for a loving, responsible, and proactive caregiver to join them starting in early May.
Both parents are accomplished professionals who primarily work from home and value clear boundaries, open communication, and a trusting nanny/family dynamic.
About the Family
The parents have been together for over 11 years and relocated to Colorado in 2019 after living in Washington, DC and Portland, OR. They value meaningful relationships, independence, humor, and curiosity.
Both parents work in senior leadership roles in marketing and enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, walking their dogs, and playing musical instruments. The family maintains a warm, engaging, and respectful household environment.
Home & Pets
The family has two very friendly dogs (a 100+ lb Great Pyrenees and a 10 lb Shih-Tzu/Havanese mix) and three cats. The dogs are affectionate and snuggly; the cats mostly keep to themselves. Pet care is minimal and primarily involves letting the dogs in and out of the backyard as needed. The home is professionally cleaned every other week.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Long-term commitment (1 year+)
Occasional date nights requested (with advance notice)
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care for an infant
Proactively plan age-appropriate activities and outings to support developmental milestones
Support growth, learning, and daily routines
Maintain daily communication and tracking of:
Feedings
Sleep
Diapers
Milestones and notable updates
Baby-related household tasks, including:
Baby laundry
Cleaning bottles and baby equipment
Taking out diaper genie trash when full
Work Environment
Both parents work from home with separate offices
Clear boundaries will be maintained to support the nanny, parents, and child
Parents may see the baby briefly throughout the day
Household cameras are present and fully disclosed

Benefits & Compensation
$30–$32/hour (DOE)
10 days paid time off
Sick time accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (approximately 69 hours/year)
8 paid holidays
$150/month health insurance stipend

Additional Requirements
Vaccinations required, including MMR (at least in childhood), TDAP, and flu (pending pediatrician guidance)
Must be respectful of the family’s Jewish identity
Must be at least neutral and not hostile toward the family’s connections to Israel
