Family Assistant/Nanny – Conifer, CO

A warm, active family in Conifer is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Family Assistant/Nanny to support their household and care for their infant son. The family also has a 13-year-old son who lives with them every other week and is largely independent but may occasionally need transportation to activities.

Both parents work from home and are looking for someone who can help fill the gaps throughout the day, allowing them to focus more fully on their professional and personal responsibilities. Because their infant is currently breastfed and closely attached to Mom, the position will initially involve a significant amount of household and family-assistant support alongside infant care. The childcare portion of the role will naturally increase as the baby gets older, begins eating solids, and becomes more independent.

The family lives on seven beautiful acres at approximately 8,800 feet and manages a small hobby farm with four alpacas, fifteen chickens, five dogs, and three cats. All of the animals are friendly, but a genuine animal lover is essential!

This family describes themselves as warm, humorous, active, and relatively laid-back while still having firm boundaries around certain priorities—particularly sleep and household routines. They enjoy hiking, walking, snowboarding, mountain outings, movies, and dining out together.

    • The live-in arrangement would include a bathroom shared approximately 50% of the timeFamily vehicle available for work-related transportation
