A vibrant, entrepreneurial single mom in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver is seeking a warm, proactive, and ultra-organized full-time personal assistant/nanny/household manager to support her dynamic lifestyle and her two bright, loving daughters (ages 6 and 5). With their beloved nanny of four years transitioning to a new role (and happy to provide a reference!), this family is looking for someone to become their right-hand person in all things family and business.
About the Role:
This is a multifaceted position that blends childcare, household management, and personal/business assistant tasks. You’ll be a steady and joyful presence for the girls after school, while also managing the daily rhythm of a busy home and assisting with administrative tasks related to the mom’s multiple real estate and business ventures.
Childcare Responsibilities:
School pick-up (2:40 PM) and after-school care
Drive children to extracurriculars (cheer, gymnastics, playdates)
Help with school-related tasks, lunches, and light meal prep
Occasional evening or weekend babysitting when mom has work events or client dinners
Household Management Tasks:
Tidy/organize playroom and girls’ bedrooms
Children’s laundry, dishes, and basic kitchen upkeep
Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, birthday gifts, and general errands
Pet care support for one small, friendly Maltese
Help coordinate household services (repairs, maintenance, moves, insurance reviews, etc.)
Occasional travel flexibility is a plus
Personal/Business Assistant Duties:
Manage calendars (personal and professional)
Create and update spreadsheets, Xcel/Google Docs
Help manage rental properties, track expenses, manage payments
Pay bills, coordinate insurance, organize inbox, write thank-you notes
Upload real estate photos, list items on Facebook Marketplace
Serve as a liaison between the business owner and vendors/clients
Provide project support for business-related tasks and travel
About the Girls:
Ages 6 and 5 — sweet, spirited sisters who love dancing, playing, and laughing
The older is confident, loving, and strong; the younger is gentle, easygoing, and warm
They thrive with structure and loving engagement
One daughter has mild asthma—nanny should be attentive and comfortable supporting this as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience as a nanny, household manager, personal assistant, or executive assistant
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Genuinely enjoys both children and supporting a family/business
Tech-savvy and confident with tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling apps
Creative problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy, discreet, and a self-starter who anticipates needs before being asked
Comfortable around dogs and confident driving in Denver
