Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (32 hours/week)
Pay: $25 - 30/hour

Children:
7-year-old: Loves cooking and role-playing. Has developmental delays, especially with speech, but is a sweet, happy child.
5-year-old: Loves superheroes, toys, reading, art, and playing with other kids. Very smart, creative, and active.
11-month-old: Loves eating and being with mom. No special needs.
Other Household Information:
Pet: Large dog who is friendly and does not require much attention.
Parents' Work Schedules:
Dad: Flexible winter hours, works from home some days.
Mom: Flexible hours, works from home but mostly in the field.
Ideal Nanny Traits:

Able to engage with children in enriching activities and outings.
Somebody open to date nights.

Able to handle redirection, in a comforting way.

Responsibilities:
Primary Care: Provide full-time care and support for the three children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and development. Older 2 kids are in school full time, so mostly looking for care for the baby. However, their will be some pick ups / drop offs, & non school days / summer care.
Activities: Engage the kids in a variety of fun, educational, and creative activities like reading, arts and crafts, and playing games.
Outings: Take the children on outings and adventures to parks, museums, or other kid-friendly locations.
Light Housekeeping: Pick up after the children and maintain the cleanliness of their play and eating areas.
Schedule: Help keep the children on a consistent schedule, while knowing flexibility is key.
Parent Collaboration: Parents are hands-off and trust the nanny to independently care for the children.
Additional Information:
Discipline: Use redirection for behavioral management.
Medical Conditions/Allergies:
7 year old - Speech delay.
5 year old - Allergic to bananas.
