Are you organized, energetic, and great with kids? Do you have a knack for cooking and enjoy a well-rounded role that combines responsibility with fun? A bustling family in Evergreen looking for a long-term, part-time nanny who can be their next Mary Poppins!
About Them:
Family Composition: Mom, Dad, 4 kids (ages 17, 15, 12, & 12), and one sweet dog.
Current Situation: Both parents work from home, and the kids have busy schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
Role: Their ideal candidate will be someone who can drive the younger kids to activities, help with grocery shopping, cook meals (including vegan/vegetarian options), and keep the household tidy. The role will primarily focus on the two 12-year-olds, with some light homework supervision for the 15-year-old.
Commitment: They need someone who can stay with them for 3-4 years until the youngest kids can drive. Previous nannies with us have stayed for 11 and 5 years, and we’re looking for a new team member who can grow with our family.
Qualities: You should be a self-starter, very organized, and comfortable with a bit of flexibility. While you don’t need to be a gourmet chef, being able to cook decent meals and handle various dietary preferences is a must.
Hours & Pay:
Hours: Ideally 15-20 hours per week, 3 days a week from 2pm-7pm or 3pm-8pm. Flexibility in scheduling is available for the right candidate.
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, plus all standard nanny benefits.
Additional: While not a requirement, we would appreciate someone who is open to occasional date nights, overnights, and travel.
