Once retained, we dedicate significant time to learning about your family's unique needs, values, schedule, and preferences while actively recruiting, screening, and identifying qualified candidates. This fee secures your search and allows us to provide the individualized attention and hands-on support that make our placement process successful.
Placement Fee - $3,000
We believe families should have clear, straightforward pricing when hiring household support. Rather than charging a percentage of a candidate's annual compensation, we offer a flat placement fee of $3,000, allowing families to confidently invest in the best candidate for their needs without worrying about increasing agency fees. Your placement fee includes candidate sourcing, screening, personalized matchmaking, guidance throughout the hiring process, and our 90-day replacement guarantee.

Initial phone consultation and intake to determine your families needs - during this time we will also discuss industry standards and figure out if we are a good fit for each other
Hand selected, pre screened nanny candidates
In depth screening process for all nanny candidates, criminal background check, MVR, and personal references
