Full-Time Household Manager | Cherry Hills Village, Denver
Compensation: $34+/hour | 45 guaranteed hours per week | Benefits included
We are seeking a warm, proactive, and highly organized Household Manager to support a wonderful family in Cherry Hills Village with their busy home and three young daughters (ages 9 months, 2.5 years, and 5 years). This is a long-term role for someone who wants to become part of the family and build a meaningful relationship over the years ahead.
The family has an au pair who is a wonderful fit for travel and cultural exchange, but they’re looking to add a Household Manager who brings a higher level of experience, organization, and initiative to help keep the household running smoothly day-to-day.
About the Family
Three happy, active girls who thrive on routine and love playing outside, crafts, baking, and spending time together.
A stay-at-home mom who runs the home with structure and care, but values stepping back when she has someone she can fully trust.
A dad who works in the restaurant industry with a demanding, often unpredictable schedule, but who loves being with his girls when he’s home.
Two sweet dogs (one senior Jack Russell mix, one young lab/hound rescue - who is in training and will be completing a 3 week course to help with puppy behaviors!).
They are looking for someone who is trustworthy, loving, flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented—someone who will help with both childcare and household management so that mom doesn’t have to manage everything and can focus on her family and life.
Responsibilities
Provide loving, reliable care for three children, including occasional sole charge when parents travel.
Assist with children’s routines (school pick-ups/drop-offs, nap schedules, mealtimes, activities).
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (library, playdates, crafts, outdoor play, classes).
Household support: light meal prep/cooking for kids/family, tidying children’s rooms/play spaces, laundry, organizing, putting away groceries/grocery shopping, package drop offs, managing calendars, etc.
Keep household running smoothly—taking initiative to notice what needs to be done and handling it.
Assist with pets (letting dogs out, light care as needed).
Travel with family (mountains, ski trips, Michigan for 6 weeks each summer, occasional warm-weather trips).
Flexibility for overnights when parents travel.
Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Tues - Sat 10am - 7pm. The ability to be able to shift the schedule and be flexible when needed is important (with notice).
Compensation & Benefits:
$34+/hour
Guaranteed 45 hrs/week
10 PTO days + 5 paid sick days
Vehicle provided for on the job driving
Retention bonus every 6 months
