Full-Time Nanny – Park Hill | ASAP Start, June at the latest

A warm and laid-back family in the Park Hill neighborhood is seeking a full-time nanny to join their household as soon as possible, but at the latest, by June. This is a long-term opportunity (approximately 2+ years) for a proactive, engaging, and dependable caregiver who is excited to become an integral part of a young family’s daily life.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (36–40 hours/week)

  • $25+/hour, depending on experience

  • Accrued PTO, paid holidays, and annual bonus

Children
The position involves care for two young children: a toddler and an infant. The toddler will transition to a full-time school program in August and will be home in the late afternoons. The infant is calm, healthy, and on a consistent feeding schedule.

Role & Responsibilities
This role is a balance of attentive childcare and light household support related to the children. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment

  • Planning age-appropriate activities, including outdoor adventures, playdates, library visits, and creative projects

  • Supporting daily routines including meals, naps, and transitions

  • Preparing children’s meals and snacks

  • Children’s laundry, toy organization, and maintaining tidy play spaces

  • Light household support such as cleaning up after the children and assisting with organization

  • Providing input on activity ideas or grocery needs for the children

The family values time spent outside and encourages daily outings (weather permitting), as well as thoughtful, screen-free engagement at home.

Household Environment
Both parents work in demanding professional roles, with one parent working from home full-time and the other splitting time between home and an external office. They maintain a collaborative, respectful environment and value open, direct communication with their nanny.

The family has two small dogs in the home. While primary responsibility for the dogs remains with the parents, the nanny may occasionally let them out into the yard.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal nanny is:

  • Warm, engaging, and genuinely passionate about childcare

  • Proactive and takes initiative in planning activities and supporting the household

  • Organized and naturally tidy

  • Comfortable balancing infant and toddler care

  • Confident in transporting children and getting them out into the community

  • Open to feedback and values clear, direct communication

  • Interested in building a long-term relationship with the family

The family would especially love to find a bilingual nanny. Spanish is strongly preferred, and Hebrew would be a wonderful bonus.

A nanny who is flexible and open to occasional date nights is a huge plus!

Additional Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record

  • Comfortable transporting children

  • Able to commit to a long-term position

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny seeking a stable, respectful, and welcoming family who values their caregiver and aims to create a supportive, team-oriented environment.
