Full-Time Nanny Opportunity – Greenwood Village
A busy family in Greenwood Village is seeking a reliable, caring, and proactive full-time nanny to care for their two young children: a toddler (2.5 years old) and an infant (9 months old). This is a long-term opportunity for a nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys staying active with young children.

The family is a dual-physician household with early morning schedules and varying workdays. They value reliability, flexibility, and open communication, and are looking to build a stable, long-term relationship with their nanny. The household also includes two large, friendly dogs who are very people-oriented; they have their own space if needed.
Schedule & Hours
Full-time position with 40 guaranteed hours per week
Typical full day: 6:00am–4:00pm, though hours will vary week to week based on physician schedules. Schedule is given one month in advance, but sometimes things come up and they ask that a nanny can remain flexible.
Some days may be shorter (as few as 4 hours), balanced by occasional longer days
Any hours over 40 per week are paid at overtime
Early morning availability (6:00am start) is essential
Flexibility is key; the family is generally very accommodating with time off when the nanny is reliable during scheduled hours
Openness to date nights and potential travel is a plus

Childcare Responsibilities

Encourage active play, creativity, and exploration
Provide daily updates/tracking on the children’s activities, routines, and milestones
Additional Responsibilities
Children’s laundry
Cleaning up play areas and the kitchen after use
Transportation
Nanny must have their own reliable vehicle
Mileage reimbursement will be provided if/when driving children to and from activities
Health & Safety Requirements
Standard childhood vaccines required (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis)
Flu vaccine is required, but COVID vaccine is optional
Pets
Two large dogs who are friendly and excitable when first meeting new people
No pet care responsibilities required
Compensation & Benefits
$32/hour+, depending on experience and qualifications
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Overtime paid for all hours worked over 40 per week
