A loving family in Highlands Ranch is seeking a responsible, communicative, and experienced full-time nanny to care for their two sweet girls — a creative and talkative almost-3-year-old, and her baby sister who is 3 months old.
About the Children:
Toddler: Turning 3 in December — bright, imaginative, and potty trained. She loves asking questions, playing outdoors, helping in the kitchen, and engaging in creative play.
Infant: Three months old and beginning to babble, laugh, and connect with her surroundings.
The Ideal Nanny:
The family is looking for a warm, reliable, and invested caregiver who will lovingly support both girls’ growth and development. Someone who is proactive in communication, provides daily updates, and will take initiative while respecting the parents’ direction and household routines.
They hope to find a nanny who is:
Experienced with both infants and toddlers
Responsible, engaged, and dependable
Comfortable collaborating with work-from-home parents
Open to occasional date-night coverage
Willing to take the children on outings (a family vehicle is provided for on-the-job driving once trust is established)
Daily Responsibilities:
Providing attentive, nurturing care for both children
Planning age-appropriate activities and creative play
Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s dishes, laundry, etc.)
Tracking daily activities, meals, naps, and milestones for parents
Supporting the family’s values and routines
Family Details:
Mom and Dad have been married for 20 years and welcomed their daughters after a long fertility journey. They are thoughtful, kind, and respectful employers who work from home (Mom in Marketing and Dad as an attorney). They appreciate a nanny who will build a strong, professional relationship with their family — someone who loves their girls deeply, communicates openly, and understands the importance of teamwork and boundaries. The family has no pets.
Vaccination preferences: Tdap and routine vaccines required (COVID vaccine optional).
